Hello, I greatly admire your work. I think in this instance you have used a GND with a coloured filter. This, to me, appears as going to the middle of the concrete block. I would have stopped the coloured filter at the horizon with the sea.... The concrete block seems a touch too much to the left, but as is the case, I do not know what is immediately to the left of the image.. the balance of the clouds in the top right and the rocks in the bottom left works..
